At Libaas Line, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products should be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items, including specific design modifications, are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or purchased during clearance.
  • Intimate wear or inner garments.
  • Damaged items caused by improper use or handling.

Process for Returns

  2. Shipping the Item

    • Pack the product securely in its original condition.
    • Send it to:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  3. Inspection and Refund

    • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or we’ll issue a store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it as per our return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect for faster resolution.
